Neil Swanson

Neil was appointed TUI UK&I Managing Director in October 2024.

Neil started his career with TUI in 2001 launching the first websites for the Lunn Poly and Thomson brands. This was followed by various ecommerce sales and development roles before taking up the position of Chief Marketing Officer in 2023 . Prior to joining TUI, Neil worked for Argos holding various roles within their Marketing Division before moving into ecommerce and the creation of the first Argos website.

Chris Logan

Chris Logan was appointed to role of Commercial Director in January 2025 with responsibility for Yield Management, Local Product & Ancillaries, Aviation Planning and both the Ireland and Ski, Lakes and Mountains businesses.

Since Chris first joined TUI in 2009 he has held several roles across the group most recently as managing director for the Crystal Ski Holidays brand where he carefully & successfully integrated Crystal with core TUI functions, including integration with TUI Musement & Group Product & Purchasing.

Under Chris’ leadership, Crystal has seen a significant period of growth, with two years of record passenger volume & profitability

Before joining TUI Chris spent 10 years as a Management Consultant with Accenture.

Bart Quinton Smith

Bart was appointed to the role of Director of Marketing & Sales for the TUI UK&I Region in January 2025. Prior to this he was Managing Director of First Choice, leading the transformation of a much-loved UK travel brand. He first joined TUI in 2010 as a graduate trainee and quickly moved into leadership roles in commercial, digital and mobile. He then spent two years at Google as an Industry Manager, working on the digital growth and transformation of some of their biggest travel clients, before returning TUI in 2018 as Digital Marketing & CRM Director. & CRM Director.

Julie Tindale

Julie Tindale was appointed HR Director for the Northern region in October 2020, assuming control of all HR functions ensuring that the company is a great place to work, creating exciting opportunities for colleagues who are passionate about our brand and the delivery of excellent customer service.

Prior to her appointment, Julie was the Head of Reward for the TUI UK & Ireland business and before this had a long and varied career with Whitbread Plc and Costa Coffee with leadership roles that encompassed HR transformation, global reward, employee relations and technology.

Jody Rolfe

Jody Rolfe was appointed Finance Director for the UK&I in September 2024, assuming responsibility for teams covering: Commercial Business Partnering, Reporting & Control, Treasury, Payroll, FP&A and Overheads. The Finance team are proud to collaborate closely with the rest of the UK&I and TUI Group teams.

Jody began his TUI career in 2013, working in Group Finance before quickly moving into leadership roles in various positions across Finance. He then spent two years at Tesco as Head of Investor Relations, before returning TUI in 2022 as Commercial Finance Director.

Prior to joining TUI, Jody completed a Master’s degree in Physics at the University of York before moving into Finance on a Graduate Scheme at MBDA.
