Andrew Flintham
Andrew was appointed as Managing Director for TUI UK & Ireland in March 2018.
His previous roles at TUI have included Aviation Planning Director and Mainstream Planning Director for First Choice.
Prior to joining the company, Andrew worked in a number of positions for British Airways, having begun his career with the Ford Motor Company after graduating from Southampton University with a Geography degree.
Henrik Anderson
Henrik joined the board of TUI Nordic three years ago as Finance Director. Henrik is a firm believer in creating a modern finance function where data, analytics, AI & Machine learning meets creative and innovative people.
Henrik resides in Stockholm, Sweden with his family.
Phillip Iveson
Since Phillip first joined TUI in 2010 he has held several roles across the group most recently as Commercial Director for Product and Purchasing. Here he had responsibility for product strategy & planning, sourcing strategy and end-to-end central commercial activity, including strategic hotel optimisation, governance & compliance and partnership revenue generation.
Before joining TUI Phillip held roles in Expedia, Tesco and The Trainline after graduating from Oxford University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
Neil Swanson
Neil was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer and Board member for TUI UK & Ireland in June 2023. He is responsible for the core marketing disciplines including brand, advertising, digital marketing, CRM and E-commerce for TUI UK and Ireland as well as the ecommerce, retail and third-party sales channels and customer service through our contact centres.
Neil started his career with TUI in 2001 launching the first websites for the Lunn Poly and Thomson brands. This was followed by various ecommerce sales and development roles before taking on the full TUI sales remit of ecommerce, retail and contact centres in 2018. Prior to joining TUI, Neil worked for Argos holding various roles within their Marketing Division before moving into ecommerce and the creation of the first Argos website.
Bart Quinton Smith
Julie Tindale
Prior to her appointment, Julie was the Head of Reward for the TUI UK & Ireland business and before this had a long and varied career with Whitbread Plc and Costa Coffee with leadership roles that encompassed HR transformation, global reward, employee relations and technology.
Natalie Bush
Natalie is a commercial airline pilot, having started her career in the Royal Navy, graduating from Britannia Royal Naval College. After serving as an officer on several Royal Navy ships, Natalie acquired her commercial pilot license and operated as a pilot and Captain at UK regional airline Flybe. She held several technical and safety roles in Flybe, including Director of Safety & Security. Natalie also held the role of COO at Specialist Aviation Services, where she was responsible for safe and efficient and customer focused delivery of Flight Operations, Training, Customer Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Design and Safety and Compliance services to their in-house fleet and to a wide range of global customers.
Natalie is currently Director of TUI Airways and Accountable Manager. Natalie leads the safety, security and compliance agenda with leadership of more than 1,000 pilots.
David Brooks
David considers being a part of the Board a real honour and he’s keen to not just help lead on the technology aspects but also support the rest of the board in ensuring TUI continues to be a market leader in all areas of
our industry. Prior to joining TUI David had a number of technical leadership roles running large and complex IT organisations, including the smooth running of the IT for Cambridgeshire Police
Force.
