Neil Swanson
Neil was appointed TUI UK&I Managing Director in October 2024.
Neil started his career with TUI in 2001 launching the first websites for the Lunn Poly and Thomson brands. This was followed by various ecommerce sales and development roles before taking up the position of Chief Marketing Officer in 2023 . Prior to joining TUI, Neil worked for Argos holding various roles within their Marketing Division before moving into ecommerce and the creation of the first Argos website.
Phillip Iveson
Since Phillip first joined TUI in 2010 he has held several roles across the group most recently as Commercial Director for Product and Purchasing. Here he had responsibility for product strategy & planning, sourcing strategy and end-to-end central commercial activity, including strategic hotel optimisation, governance & compliance and partnership revenue generation.
Before joining TUI Phillip held roles in Expedia, Tesco and The Trainline after graduating from Oxford University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.

Julie Tindale
Prior to her appointment, Julie was the Head of Reward for the TUI UK & Ireland business and before this had a long and varied career with Whitbread Plc and Costa Coffee with leadership roles that encompassed HR transformation, global reward, employee relations and technology.
David Brooks
David considers being a part of the Board a real honour and he’s keen to not just help lead on the technology aspects but also support the rest of the board in ensuring TUI continues to be a market leader in all areas of
our industry. Prior to joining TUI David had a number of technical leadership roles running large and complex IT organisations, including the smooth running of the IT for Cambridgeshire Police
Force.
Jody Rolfe
Jody Rolfe was appointed Finance Director for the UK&I in September 2024, assuming responsibility for teams covering: Commercial Business Partnering, Reporting & Control, Treasury, Payroll, FP&A and Overheads. The Finance team are proud to collaborate closely with the rest of the UK&I and TUI Group teams.
Jody began his TUI career in 2013, working in Group Finance before quickly moving into leadership roles in various positions across Finance. He then spent two years at Tesco as Head of Investor Relations, before returning TUI in 2022 as Commercial Finance Director.
Prior to joining TUI, Jody completed a Master’s degree in Physics at the University of York before moving into Finance on a Graduate Scheme at MBDA.
